I spent 30 years in the Metropolitan Police, and I have been a Toastmaster since 1995. I trained with the London Guild of Toastmasters and subsequently joined the Toastmasters and Masters of Ceremonies Federation of which I am now Secretary and a Past President. I am the membership secretary of the Toastmasters General Council and a member of the Concert Artists Association.

Most of my work is in Surrey, West Sussex and the South East of England but I have just returned from NSW in Australia ( 2009 ) where I was MC at a wedding in a vineyard. In view of that I suppose that 'distance is no object'. ( Photo on picture page )
