'We are writing this email from our honeymoon in the Alps, the sun is shining and we are still buzzing from Friday... We couldn't wait to get back from our honeymoon to write to you because words can't describe how grateful we are.
From the first time we met you at the Horsley "open day" we warmed to you straight away, you have this aura about you Steve which not many people have. When Kat told us you were free we couldn't believe our luck and were so chuffed that you were going to be our toastmaster, and on Friday you certainly didn't disappoint. You were AMAZING, and total took charge of the day! ALL of our friends and family commented on you, we felt so relaxed and happy with any decision you made. The weather was so hit and miss and your idea of having the food set up in the other room was PERFECT. When the speeches were going on, I felt bad that our evening guests were waiting in the bar (typical me worrying about other people) and when I chose to tell you to leave my speech out I was gutted . So, when you made the announcement about my decision NOT to speak I was soooooooooooooooooooooooo happy because I was able to express my gratitude to everyone that had helped us out on our day and of course tell the world how happy I was that I was now married to the man of my dreams.. I know without a doubt I would have regretted not speaking if you hadn't of stepped in so for that I am TRULY grateful. I also loved the little touch with the silver coin which I will treasure forever.
You are a true gentleman Steve, and we can't thank you enough.

When we arrived at the Sports Club, you met us at the car with an umbrella which was very much welcome considering the weather!!
